We absolutely love our new home. There hasn’t really been a day where we haven't said to each other, "We are so lucky to live here." Caroline only ever refers to it as her dream home. The added space, the smart floor plan and the fresh air system, all, so wonderful. We didn’t have any outdoor space at our old home. The front porch and the backyard are so great we haven’t even got our cable service turned on and we don’t miss it. Thanks for whatever you guys did to help us get in here, we breathe so much better in our Everett home.

We were so excited when we were able to purchase our new house. Gotta admit - I started to cry! So excited to have moved our combined families into this AMAZING home. Thanks Kristan for all of your help along the way. I just cannot stop smiling.

I waited 2 months to purchase this house, which was under construction, after seeing a similar house by Everett. I was impressed with the overall design, sensible floor plan, and beautiful finish work. As a first-time homeowner, I am grateful for the continuing customer care whenever I have a question about how something works. We are loving our new home and the open floor plan, the yard, the neighbors and the way we know our family can grow in different directions over the years with the flexible floor plan. It's inviting and homey while modern and stylish. Every day we seem to find another reason why we are so happy we made the big move! The only problem is that our boxes will not unpack themselves!!! Another reason we purchased an Everett home was when we met Kristan Kramer at an open house, we knew we had to work with her. She was honest and smart and worked extremely hard to meet EVERY ONE of our needs/wants.
