Juxtaposing simplicity with bold, intricate accents, and incorporating natural and efficient elements, Everett’s modern homes reflect these changing preferences.
Originally released in March 2017, Everett has built and sold four modern homes to date. Fall and winter will see even more modern homes including duplexes called the “Echo” and detached ADUs dubbed the “Dahl” house.
